    ACCOUNTING CLERK
    The Accounting Clerk- Accounts Payable is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support services. The position focuses on compilation, processing and maintenance of accounts payable records including professional/reading fees summary and adjustments; expanded and compensation withholding taxes; value-added taxes and other similar transactions.

    HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
    The Human Resource Manager heads Human Resource Management Group (HRMG). Responsibilities include Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Policy Development, Performance Management and Organizational Development. The HRMG Manager ensures fair and acceptable labor practices, equitable compensation and benefits, continuous employee development and judicious and sound implementation of company policies.

    TRAINING OFFICER
    The Training and OD Officer develops and implements programs that align work force and key business initiatives through the use of organizational effectiveness interventions. He/she manages the learning and professional development of the organization’s workforce by:

    o Equipping staff with the knowledge, practical skills, and motivation to carry out work-related tasks
    o Delivering training and evaluating effectiveness based on employee’s performance
    o Helping with ongoing, long-term improvement of employees’ skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within the organization
    o Helping clients plan and follow through with programs to increase the efficiency of the business
    o Aiding clients in instituting policies that allow the organization to evolve in order to meet new business challenges
    o Helping the businesses to change organizational structures
    o Spending time to analyze the company’s business structure
    o Creating a report which suggests ways to improve the company’s structure

    BIOMEDICAL TECHNICIAN
    The Biomedical Technician shall be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, repair and assessment of the Center’s Biomedical Equipment. He/she will also oversee and review all the documentation pertaining to Biomedical services and conduct all necessary preventive maintenance regularly.

    CHIEF RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST
    • Responsible in implementing diagnostic activities related to radiologic services at the Radiology Department.
    • Responsible for technical and supervisory work in planning and directing all Radiology procedures ensuring the least amount of radiation exposure.
    • Responsible in providing protection to patients in accordance with prescribed safety standards and observes Radiation Safety.

    RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST
    The Registered Radiologic Technologist conducts standard radiographic examinations and complex procedures such as CT scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and Mammography while providing protection to patients in accordance with prescribed safety standards. He/she is also responsible for specific areas of operation within the Radiology Department under the supervision of the Chief Radiologic Technologist.

    RADIOLOGY NURSE
    The Radiology Nurse performs generally nursing duties within the radiology department in preparation for the various diagnostic procedures to be conducted in the department.

    CHIEF MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST
    • Responsible in implementing diagnostic activities related to laboratory services at the Laboratory Department.
    • Responsible for technical and supervisory work in planning and directing all Laboratory procedures ensuring all infection control measures are strictly implemented.
    • Responsible in ensuring that patients are protected from any and all cases of nosocomial infection.

    MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST
    Responsible in performing routine and non-routine activities pertaining to laboratory testing and the reporting of results. Also performs assigned analytical testing procedure in an accurate, precise and timely manner.

    CHIEF PHARMACIST
    The Chief Pharmacist (CP) is responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations governing the operation of the pharmacy. The CP is responsible for planning and directing the work. The CP has supervisory responsibility for all pharmacy staff

    PHARMACIST
    • The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the safe distribution and drug administration for patient care, supervising non-professional staffs and trainees, order entry, drug monitoring, and providing drug information to patients and health care professionals.

    • The Staff Pharmacist is also responsible for the maintenance and update of accurate inventory records of all inventory supplies issued by the Materials Management Division. The Cardiac Technician (2D Echo Technologist) shall be responsible for performing cardiovascular procedures that use non-invasive devices, equipments and machines like ultrasound for Echocardiography and Vascular studies, Cardiographic, and all cardiovascular station machines particularly for Echocardiography- Doppler. Performs initial reading prior to physicians review and relays initial findings during emergency cases as needed. However, he or she shall not be expected to read official results and perform invasive procedures.

    CHIEF CARDIO VASCULAR TECHNOLOGIST
    The Chief Cardiovascular Technologist is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and training staff in order to achieve cardiovascular department goals and objectives. He/she shall supervise cardiovascular procedures that use non invasive devices and equipments like ultrasound for Echocardiography and Vascular studies, Cardiographic, and all cardiovascular station machines.

    CARDIO VASCULAR TECHNOLOGIST
    The Cardiac Technician (2D Echo Technologist) shall be responsible for performing cardiovascular procedures that use non-invasive devices, equipments and machines like ultrasound for Echocardiography and Vascular studies, Cardiographic, and all cardiovascular station machines particularly for Echocardiography- Doppler.     SOCIAL WORKER
    Directly responsible for the conduct of social case investigation to the patient prior to its admission/confinement. Also responsible in the counseling of boarder and problematic patients that will help the management in decision making.

    BILLING OFFICER
    Directly responsible for the operation of the Billing Department of the Hospital.

    FINANCE DIRECTOR
    • Responsible for planning, directing and controlling the general financial and as well as administrative operations of the Company
    • To ensure timely and relevant financial and management information by formulating, implementing and monitoring an effective accounting, business office, materials management and payroll department.
    • To oversee the efficient provision of back-office administrative support and enhance the operations and revenue-earning capabilities of the Company.

    ACCOUNTANT
    Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information and prepare accurate and timely financial reports to ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

    CASHIER
    The Cashier is responsible in accounting the everyday collection activities of the Cashier Department.

    DRIVER
    The Transport Driver is responsible for bringing safe, effective, and efficient transport service needed by the Hospital (both patients and employees) for its business operations

    LINEN CUSTODIAN
    Responsible in collecting, sorting, counting tallying, recording, monitoring, preparing and distributing linens including repair of the old ones

    SUPPLY OFFICER
    Responsible in supervising the day to day operations of the department. To plan strategically the actions to be taken in the attainment of assigned targets, organize the work to be done and controls deviation and motivates them to perform their assigned tasks.

    MEDICAL RECORDS OFFICER
    The medical records officer is responsible in maintaining the Records Department, Health Maintenance Organization and Philhealth Claims and Central Filing Area of the Hospital.

    MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK
    The Records Clerk is responsible in providing support to the Head of the Medical Records Department in keeping the Central Filing Area and Records Department of the Hospital.

    MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
    Directly responsible for the effective implementation of required preventive and corrective maintenance on all relevant facilities and equipment.

    STAFF NURSE (ER)
    The Staff Nurse is responsible in performing the nursing care in accordance with the standard nursing procedures, medical directions, and Hospital’s guiding principles

    SUPERVISING NURSE (OR/DR)
    The Head Nurse is responsible in supervising, directing, and evaluating the total implementation of the nursing care plan. Also in coordinating all services concerning total care of patients within the Hospital.

    SUPERVISING NURSE
    Directly responsible for the maintenance and implementation of quality safe nursing practice through direct supervision and guidance of nursing personnel. Furthermore, through policy making that will govern nursing personnel’s practice.

    STAFF NURSE (ER)
    The Staff Nurse is responsible in performing the nursing care in accordance with the standard nursing procedures, medical directions, and Hospital’s guiding principles

    STAFF NURSE (NICU)
    Directly responsible for the care of patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and be able to apply the knowledge and skills of a nurse across the domains of early recognition and intervention, risk management, recovery and rehabilitation of critically ill patients

    CHIEF NURSE
    The Chief Nurse is responsible in carrying full administrative responsibility and authority for the entire nursing service of the Hospital. Also participates in formulating Hospital policies in developing and evaluating programs and services and assumes full responsibility for the development of nursing policies.

    LAB AIDE
    To ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the Laboratory Department. It also requires them to ensure availability of routinely used materials for specimen collection.

    STAFF NURSE (HEMODIALYSIS)
    The staff nurse must work closely in supporting the multidisciplinary team approach and be fully conversant of all nursing and hospital policies and procedures. Directly reports to head nurse regarding all nursing issues, procedures and nursing quality assurance protocol.

    MEDICAL DIRECTOR
    To supervise the overall operation of the unit and ensure that the delivery of services is in accordance to regulations ( internal and regulatory policies & guidelines ) and clients’ requirements while meeting the financial and quality targets.

    PROCESS ANALYST
    Adheres to Management’s mandate of improving business processes in the organization operations per plan. Activities include: implementation, monitoring, measuring and recommendation on improvement of business processes and activities aimed to achieve lean business operation.
